UX lead for enterprise systems and AI supported experiences

At Bosch I work as a UX Designer with a focus on large scale enterprise platforms. My role often moves beyond screens. I help teams understand problems, structure complex information and guide products through transformation. Over time this became a mix of UX leadership, system thinking and AI driven concept development.

Enterprise UX overview

Designing clarity in a world of complexity

Enterprise tools often grow over years and across different teams. When I join a project, my first task is to bring clarity, mapping what exists, what users struggle with and what needs to work together. I act as a UX lead for several internal platforms at the same time, aligning stakeholders and turning fragmented processes into one coherent experience.

My work includes restructuring navigation for internal portals, simplifying long sequences of forms or designing dashboards that make data easier to understand. No matter the product, my goal is always to reduce friction, support decision making and increase confidence for employees using these tools every day.

Building foundations that scale

Many enterprise platforms share the same challenges. Deep navigation. Long forms. Inconsistent patterns. I create design foundations that unify these experiences, defining how components behave, how information is structured and how interaction rules stay predictable. These foundations save time, reduce inconsistencies and make it easier for teams to extend products without losing clarity.

Bringing AI into real workflows

Beyond UX design I contribute to an internal AI initiative aimed at improving how employees work across departments. My role is to connect AI potential with real user needs, focusing on situations where intelligent assistance can reduce manual effort or decision complexity. The goal is always to make AI helpful without overwhelming or confusing the user.

This includes designing smart assistants that guide users through long processes, creating AI supported steps inside service workflows and defining how information is summarised, recommended or clarified by AI. Each concept is built with transparency in mind so employees always understand why something happens.

Designing how AI behaves and assists

AI becomes valuable when people trust it. I design the behaviour of AI agents so they guide users with confidence, not confusion. This includes defining how AI responds, how it explains decisions and how it fits within existing tools without disrupting established workflows.

Creating an AI toolkit for designers and teams

To help colleagues use AI more effectively I built an internal AI toolkit. It includes practical prompts for research, ideation and UX writing, plus guidance on when AI speeds up work and where human judgement stays essential. This toolkit helps teams integrate AI with clarity and confidence instead of trial and error.

Impact

My work brings structure to complex enterprise software and adds intelligent assistance where it creates real value. By combining UX leadership with AI understanding I help shape tools that feel more consistent, more supportive and more future ready. The result is a digital workplace that feels simpler, faster and more modern for everyone using it.
